I’ve written a number of notes today for worried individuals who are concerned that the caregivers for their loved ones will be pulled over by the police on their way to work and prevented from getting to their jobs. Home based care for seniors, adults or children is specifically exempted under the definitions in this decree. See Definitions 2.b.4.
Law enforcement personnel will be closing businesses that violate this decree, but will not be pulling over individuals on their way to work. Please pass this information on to any worried individual that you know.
