Of course, these are the folks who screwed up the testing. By the way, the test is only done via the Metropolitan Health District and they will only do it on people who meet certain criteria. It is not done in the emergency room at this point.
LabCorp, a commercial lab will do it, but the swab is sent to them and the turn around time is 3-4 days!.
